Dr Brinetta's Bio
Dr. Brinetta P. Thomas-Staples has a unique passion for all things healthy. Having once tipped the scales at almost 400 lbs, over a 20 year period, she has lost and kept off more than 200lbs! This incredible journey provided first hand experience of the many strategies God has for maintaining a healthy body. This wisdom provided the foundation to become a motivational speaker and an effective wellness coach. Her spiritual background allows her to capture, connect and communicate the biblical principles that produce similar results in others.
Today, among her many endeavors, Dr. Brinetta makes time to share her testimony and expound on strategies for living that enable us to be healthy both inside and out.
Anyone who has attended her seminars will testify to the distinct anointing that rests on her life to not only present this information but to minister deliverance in this area!
Dr. Brinetta serves with her husband, Pastor Nate Staples as an assistant pastor at the Shield of Faith Christian Center in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca.

From size 32 to size 6, I've been through a few things! Standing on this side of them, I am graced to see how they all played a role in the person I am today. More importantly, I am clear about the strategic methods that God used to get me to the place of permanent victory I live in today. It's my honor to share with the world all the beauty that has been produced through my pain.
